Cobble ("the Service") is operated by Intleacht Research Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 817817). These terms govern your use of the Cobble Android application, the website at cobbleit.com, and the associated generation service.
By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cobble lets you create dashboard configurations ("dashboards") for the Cobble Android app, including through an AI-assisted generator that produces dashboard JSON from natural-language descriptions. Dashboard JSON files you create are yours.
Dashboard JSON produced by the generator is created by an AI model. It may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any generated configuration before relying on it. See our AI Disclaimer. We do not claim any ownership over your generated dashboards.
You must not use the Service in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy. We may rate-limit, suspend or block access that breaches these terms or abuses shared infrastructure.
Core features are provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, the applicable price, billing period and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and confirmed in these terms before charging begins.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The AI generation service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable, rate-limited or withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Intleacht Research Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, and will give reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
